Selected work

Built around the career—not a template.

These privacy-safe previews are representative recreations. Client identities and confidential career details are never displayed.

Reframed a long technical career around accountability, scale, team leadership, operational risk, and business continuity.

Board & finance leader

What clients say

Client Success Stories

Senior professionals across technology, customer success, marketing, operations, security, and healthcare share what changed when their experience was positioned with greater clarity.

Christine Knight, CRP
“Presentation matters greatly in my work, so I approached this process with high expectations. Gail listened carefully, challenged vague language, and found a precise way to express both strategy and results. My résumé and LinkedIn profile now feel consistent with the level at which I operate. The experience was thoughtful and collaborative from beginning to end.”
Christine Knight, CRPEnterprise Customer Success Leader | Executive Advisor | SaaS
Michael Granados
“I have spent 35 years in sales and marketing, so I assumed writing about myself would be the easy part. It wasn’t. My experience crossed ticketing, marketing, and audience development, and the story felt scattered. Gail brought it together without making me sound like somebody else. It is clearer, more current, and much more focused. I would recommend her to anyone trying to make sense of a varied career.”

Calvin Lambert, DML, MNR
“My old résumé listed what I had done, but it did not show the scale of what I had led. Gail quickly identified the strongest parts of my 25 years in operations, especially the work involving multiple sites, logistics, and governance. She made the document sharper and easier to follow. It still sounds like me, only more confident and better organized. The investment was worthwhile.”
Calvin Lambert, DML, MNRWalmart Operations Manager | Strategic Leadership
John Chuck, NJCEM
“Security and emergency management work can become complicated very quickly on paper. Gail was able to take complex risk, technology, and incident-response experience and turn it into language that was direct and credible. Nothing was exaggerated. Every section had a purpose. I now feel much better prepared to discuss my background in interviews for director-level critical infrastructure roles.”

Darlene Blosser
“What impressed me most was the time Gail took to understand senior living and healthcare administration. She recognized why regulatory compliance, efficient operations, and deficiency-free surveys matter, but she explained them in a way any executive could follow. My résumé feels professional without losing the human side of the work. I felt understood throughout the process.”

Testimonials reflect individual client experiences. Career and hiring outcomes vary and are not guaranteed.

The difference

Written from both sides of the hiring table.

Four decades in recruitment taught me where attention goes, what creates doubt, and what makes a professional story hold together. I bring that judgment to every line.

About Lana

Experience retired from routine—not from purpose.

I am Lana Gail Bradley, a retired global recruiter who continues to work independently with professionals whose experience deserves stronger representation.

Across more than four decades, I have watched careers evolve, hiring expectations shift, and good candidates become difficult to see because their documents did not reflect the level at which they actually operated.

My résumé practice is deliberately personal. I study the individual, the market, and—when relevant—the exact role and company. The result should sound like you at your clearest: credible, specific, and ready for serious consideration.

Questions

Before we begin.

Clear expectations protect both the quality of the work and your confidence in the process.

Do you write only for executives?+

No. My specialist strength is senior, executive, and board-level positioning, but I also support established professionals whose careers are complex, technical, international, or changing direction.

Can you tailor documents to one vacancy?+

Yes. I can align the résumé and supporting materials to the role, company, sector, reporting context, and stated priorities while preserving your authentic career record.

What if I am targeting several roles?+

We can create a strong master résumé, then develop targeted versions where the audiences or priorities differ materially. The strategy is agreed before writing begins.

Will you invent metrics or experience?+

Never. I strengthen how evidence is selected and expressed, but every claim must remain accurate and defensible. Where useful information is missing, I ask for clarification.

How is my information protected?+

Your documents are handled as confidential working material. Identifying details and work samples are not published or shared without permission.
